Refund/Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs the use of services offered on the ZAccount platform (“Platform”, “App”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By using EarnPati, you acknowledge and agree to the terms mentioned below.

1. Scope of Services

ZAccount is an intermediate platform which support various bank account opening or any other financial product apply from our partner banks or BFSI companies. ZAccount itself does not issue financial products and acts only as a facilitation and tracking platform.

Due to the nature of these services, refunds and cancellations are limited and subject to strict validation.

2. Cancellation Guidelines

​Any request to cancel a paid service or subscription (if applicable) must be raised before activation or usage.

Once a service, campaign, or lead submission has been initiated, processed, or shared with a brand, it cannot be cancelled.

Requests raised after service execution will not qualify for cancellation.

3. Refund Conditions

Refunds may be reviewed only under the following circumstances:

Accidental duplicate payment for the same service.

System or technical failure that prevents delivery of a paid service.

Payment deducted but service not activated due to ZAccount-side error.

If approved, refunds will be credited to the original source of payment within 7–10 business days, subject to bank processing timelines.

4. Situations Where Refunds Are Not Allowed

Refunds will not be entertained in cases including but not limited to:

Change of decision after service activation.

Incorrect details, delayed response, or incomplete information provided by the user.

Leads or applications already forwarded to banks, brands, or third-party partners.

Commission disputes, lead rejections, or payout reversals covered under the Payments Policy.

5. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, users must:

  • Email support@zaccount.in

  • Share transaction reference number, registered mobile number, and reason for request

  • Requests must be raised within 7 days of the transaction

ZAccount will evaluate the request and communicate a decision within 5 working days. All decisions are final.

6. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

If a user raises a dispute or chargeback through their bank or payment provider:

ZAccount may temporarily restrict account access during investigation.

Relevant transaction logs and account data may be shared with the concerned authority.

Abuse of dispute mechanisms may result in permanent account suspension.

7. Policy Updates

ZAccount reserves the right to revise or modify this Policy at its discretion. Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication within the app or website.

Continued use of EarnPati after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
